These one of a kind feminine faces were hand-sculpted with eco-friendly paper clay. They resemble Mayan Moon Goddess or perhaps even an Oriental Diva. Embedded into the clay are textured patterns inspired by sunlight. After 3-4 days of drying, the faces were primed with gesso, then painted in hues of verde green, bronze and a touch of gold. A protective glaze is added at the end.

The largest Goddess measures 4.5 inches wide and 4 inches long. Please note that the clay is textured and frayed and curls on the ends for an ethnic look. She is mostly gold and bronze with very slight dark green undertones. 7 small holes surround her face to be adorned with wire, beads or threads. Or cover the holes with flat beads or shells.

The smaller Goddess measures about 3.25 inches wide and about 3.75 inches long. She has more verde green hues with bronze and gold. She too has tattered curled edges and 5 holes.

Please note that capturing the true colors via photography is a challenge. Thus the colors may vary slightly to what you see on your computer screen.
